• Level 1: Charting the Harbor — Human-taught (Experimental) 1 hour

  • Taking it home Breakout groups

  • Feedback Sharing experiences from breakout

• Level 2: Navigating the Waves — Human-taught (Applied) 1 hour

  • Use in professional settings

  • Take it home/or into practice

• Level 3: Guiding Others to Shore — Human-taught 1 hour

  • Feedback from applied practice
