As a nationally respected leadership coach, mentor, group facilitator, and teacher, Tom has devoted his life to exploring and communicating the language of the heart through exploring deep inner spaces. Over the past 50 years, Tom has taken thousands of people from the limits of the ego constrained mind to the blessings of self-love and compassion for others.

In the 1980s Tom co-created the Living Arts Foundation, a company dedicated to the awakening of consciousness and the well-being of people by using practical tools to help integrate their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Providing many avenues for personal, group, and professional growth, he has developed a variety of trainings and workshops including: 4 Gateways Coaching (used in Safe Harbor time outs), Dynamic Dialogue for groups, Radical Soul Care, the Inner King and Inner Sovereign Trainings, Shadow Theater, and Family Constellation Work.

Since the mid 1970’s Tom has devoted much of his professional life to awakening and supporting boys, men, and elders in their authenticity & wholeness through counseling, mentoring, training and group facilitation. For three decades Tom led the Art of Leadership through the Men’s Leadership Alliance in a remote Colorado wilderness setting.

Tom currently lives in Boulder, CO with his wife of 35 years, Jude Blitz. He is a father of three and grandfather of 5 wonderful grandchildren.
